The data generated and stored by your machines through the Things OS platform unequivocally remains your property.

As your service provider, TomorrowThings acts solely as a data processor. This means we process and store your data exclusively for the purpose of providing you with the Things OS services, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We do not claim any ownership rights over your operational data.

You retain full control and ownership of your data, including the right to access, manage, and retrieve it. Our commitment is to ensure the secure and compliant processing of your data to facilitate your operations without infringing on your proprietary rights.
